Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Lead IAM Engineer to join us on our journey!
Your day-to-day
- Define and maintain the organisation's IAM strategy, architecture, and roadmap
- Lead the architectural design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise-wide IAM solutions
- Evaluate, pilot, and recommend new IAM technologies, standards, and methodologies
- Provide expert-level consulting on IAM architecture, security posture, and integration strategies
- Drive innovation, set standards for automation (including IaC and API usage best practices), and foster continuous improvement within the IAM domain
- Establish secure and reusable patterns for application integration (SSO/Federation) and API access management
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for the most complex identity and access issues
- Influence stakeholders and drive change at an organisational level
Your background and mindset
- Mastery of IAM principles, technologies, protocols, and best practices across various vendor solutions
- Deep understanding of security architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Expertise in designing and implementing architectures based on modern security frameworks (e.g. Zero Trust)
- Advanced knowledge of API security (REST, OAuth, OIDC, SAML) and integration strategies
- Proficiency in relevant programming/scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell, Go) for automation and integration
- Expertise in leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (e.g. Terraform) and APIs for strategic automation, orchestration, and system integration
- Ability to evaluate and integrate identity context from diverse security tool sources
- The ability to inspire, guide with strategic decision-making, and effective communication skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organisational change.
