We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Affiliate Administration Executive to join our Affiliate Team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth financial and operational management of our affiliate and streamer partnerships.
Your day-to-day
- Oversee and maintain streamer balances, ensuring daily top-ups are processed accurately and in accordance with each streamer’s specific deal terms;
- Maintain up-to-date records of streamer withdrawals and associated caps, ensuring accuracy and transparency across internal systems;
- Track and report on all top-ups, withdrawals, and giveaway payouts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and contractual agreements;
- Manage the monthly affiliate payment records, preparing extensive reports that require high attention to detail and accuracy;
- Keep a detailed record of IOs (Insertion Orders) and invoices, ensuring they are updated and aligned with internal tracking sheets;
- Ensure all internal financial and operational processes are strictly followed, identifying and addressing any discrepancies;
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, Fraud, and Affiliate teams to facilitate smooth workflows, resolve discrepancies, and maintain compliance;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal databases and sheets, ensuring all financial movements are correctly logged and reported.
Your background and mindset
- Previous experience 2+ years in a similar role within affiliate marketing, finance, or payments administration is highly desirable;
- Ability to process large volumes of data with accuracy, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded and managed effectively;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and keep meticulous records of all financial movements;
- Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, or similar reporting tools to track and analyze data effectively;
- Ability to follow strict processes, ensure compliance, and improve existing workflows where necessary;
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance;
- Proactive in identifying and resolving discrepancies in reports and financial records;
- Understanding of how streamer and affiliate deals work, including revenue share, CPA, and hybrid models, is a plus;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Eye for detail.
