Your day-to-day

  • Evaluating business requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions for the assigned payments products and related services;
  • Identifying opportunities at scale to optimize customer experience and payments commercials;
  • Onboarding new payments partners and managing given payments relationships;
  • Monitoring product performance and analyzing customer behaviour to meet product demand and preferences;
  • Steering payments projects to delivery in a timely manner. Monitoring and reporting project execution status;
  • Ensuring the end-to-end customer experience is complete and accurate against the requirements;
  • Communicating and explaining where the stakeholders require further elaboration on the requirements;
  • Promoting the vision, output and achievements across wide networks;
  • Identifying, communicating and mitigating risks;
  • Gathering feedback by leading research and testing prior to project execution;
  • Working closely with key stakeholders such as engineering, operations, finance, and legal to steer payments products towards success;

Your background and mindset

  • Knowledge of payments space (fiat, crypto) in the iGaming industry;
  • Strong planning and interpersonal skills with the ability to balance multiple simultaneous tasks independently;
  • Experience in identifying business opportunities;
  • Outstanding analytical abilities with minute attention to details;
  • Proactive, independent, results-oriented individual who can work using their own initiative;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate throughout an organization to Executive level;
  • You understand relevant compliance, regulatory and legal frameworks;
  • Aptitude to understand end-user needs;
  • Strong interest and aptitude in defining business requirements for the stakeholders.
