  • Support the Total Rewards Manager in maintaining our compensation framework, conducting market research and analysis to ensure fair and competitive salary bands;
  • Prepare and analyse compensation reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for salary adjustments, and provide recommendations for salary structure updates and improvements;
  • Assist in the annual salary review cycle, including tool setup (using Hibob), providing insights, and supporting managers throughout the process;
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track compensation data, benefits usage, and market competitiveness, enhancing tools and technologies for efficient management;
  • Support in automating compensation and benefits processes, leveraging HR technology to improve efficiency and employee experience;
  • Support and lead HR analytics projects, including DEI reporting, contributing to strategic and data-driven decisions;
  • Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations across all hubs by conducting audits and staying informed about legal changes.

Your background and mindset

  • Embody our core values – fun, fast, and fair – driving our mission to be the top employer for current and future talent;
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a compensation and benefits role, ideally within a fast-growing global technology company;
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver compensation and benefits initiatives effectively;

  • Highly organised and structured, with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors;
  • Adaptable and proactive approach to working in a fast-paced, changing environment;
