Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join us on our journey! 

Your day-to-day

  •  Manage the complete end-to-end payroll cycle accurately and punctually, ensuring timely processing of employee salaries
  • Perform key payroll accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations and posting financial/reserve entries to necessary systems
  • Prepare and submit all required tax declarations and payroll-related statistical reports, ensuring full compliance
  • Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all payroll-related financial data and employee records
  • Generate and distribute internal payroll, salary, and related financial reports as required for analysis and review
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses to employee inquiries regarding payroll, salary, and tax matters

Your background and mindset

  • Strong, proven experience in payroll management, including handling payroll for scheduled employees
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field
  • Solid understanding of Estonian accounting principles, labour laws, and relevant tax regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Estonian
  • High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and correctness in all aspects of payroll
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently, work independently under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and demonstrate initiative and integrity
  • Previous experience with Business Central (HRM4Baltics) would be a plus.
